This blog will describe my training for the 2008 New York City Marathon. I ran the 2007 NYC Marathon last year in 4:23. Main goals are to increase flexibility, increase strength and run a faster marathon from last years.

Did another mini-triathlon. One hour and 6 minutes total for the swim, bike and run. Will take Thursday off.
I am a 52 year old male. I have started and completed 6 marathons. 3 Chicago marathons, 2 New York City marathons and The Marine Corps Marathon. My PR is 3:33 at the Marine Corps Marathon.
